Continued working on roll bar today. Time to drill the roll bar brace. I used a 0.032" sheet to similate the top skin. The brace needs to clear top skin when installed

The other side. Edge margin is plenty

Roll bar brace is drilled

The aft end of roll bar brace is trimmed to fit the roll bar

I got out all the hardware for canopy frame roller assembly

Rollers are assembled

Roller is inserted to the canopy frame. The tube on one side is out of round, I had to use a clamp to make the tube round enough to insert the roller

Side tracks are cut to length

Rear track stop is drilled

Another view of the drilled real track stop

C-763 slide spacer matches the template reasonable well, good enough to me

I can't help to put the canopy frame on fuselage just to see how it looks. Looks more like an airplane now
