After searching the inventory, I finally located the C668 spacer material. I had to trim and fit individual spacer to the canopy deck, which went well. I deviated from the instruction a bit when drilling the holes. I first fit the roll bar and clamped it in place, then located the holes for the AN3 and AN4 bolts that will attach roll bar to fuselage. Luckily, I don't have to bend the roll bar, I just need to push a little to make it fit and leave 7/32" space between the roll bar and outboard edge of F721B canopy deck. Then I drilled the #40 pilot holes through the roll bar from top, instead of drilling from underneath using holes on F721B as a guide. This worked well for me.

When drilling C667 aft  spacer, I found it is almost impossible to hole the spacer by hand due to very limited access. Since I don't have the canopy deck F721B riveted yet, I lifted F721B, and taped the spacer under the longeron, then put the F721B back on. This worked well.

After that, I followed the instruction to drill all the holes to final size, and attached the roll bar. Putting the bolt in and tightening it will be challenging for the aft holes. I will see.

Picture is pretty blurry, but you can see the spacer fit the canopy deck pretty well
