I got a lots done today. All F705 parts are drilled, deburred, and primed. And finally riveted together, except the holes that need to be left open.

The seat back adjustment plate is clamped to the edge of workbench to be bent 4-degree

After bending, they look good

Spacer is clamped to the top bulkhead part for match drill

The line on the spacer is passing through the center of each hole, alignment is good

Spacers are drilled

End position of the spacer is per plan

Drilled spacer is clamped to the seat back adjustment plate for match drill

Seat back adjustment plates are drilled using the spacer as a guide

Spacer and bent plate are clecoed, they good good

Seat back adjustment angles are drilled. I first drilled one angle, then match drill the other

1/8" gap between the angle flange and top bulkhead part

Angles are clamped to match drill the bulkhead top frame

After match drilling the bulkhead part

The gap for seat back aft position is smaller than I expected. I insert a 0.4" thickness sheet, the fit is pretty tight, but still can be inserted. This should be OK, and I don't think I will need to adjust the seat back frequently

Parts are primed

Clamped for riveting

The holes need to be left open are taped

F705 bulkhead is riveted
