Only spent about an hour to drill and fit the flap bearing block. This job is best done with a drill press. Since I don't have one, I just used regular hand drill. Because the block is pretty deep, it needs a lot of care not to tilt the drill bit too much so the hole on the other end of the block is off too much. The job is done reasonably well, the fit is good. But the hole on the far end from the bulkhead is just slightly off center. I think it is good for a hand drill.



The hole next to the bolt is very shallow, accidently made by unintentionally pulled the trigger on hand drill Since it is very shallow, it won't affect the strength


The other block is drilled
