I got the brake pedal installed on the rudder, assembled the cylinder and drilled the brake pedal to cylinder. It's a little tricky first to get the both right and left brake padals aligned. You have to align both padal using a straight bar crossing between the left and right rudder padal toe. If you tilt too much forward, you will have edge margin problem when drilling the holes connecting the brake padal to brake master cylinder.
With the newly bought drill press, drilling the deep rudder blocks was piece of a cake. Hand drilling the deep block could be a challenge to keep the drill bit straight all the way.

The new drill press

Hole positions are marked on the rubber bearing block

Aluminum angle is used to align rudder pedals

Brake cylinders are installed

An angle drill bit is used to mark the hole position on brake pedal plate

The two brake pedals are clamped together

The brake pedal plates are drilled, brake cylinders are installed

The finished rudder pedal assembly

The center rudder bearing block is cut to half
