Made a template for the roll bar strip. I made the template only for left half, will mirror it for the ride side. However, when I was about the copy the template on the 8"x62" 0.04" sheet aluminum I bought from Vans, I found the raw material is not enough to cut a single piece out of it. Anyway, I will do two halves and join them in the center. Not ideal, but should work. Cut the sheet, and trial fit it to the windshield and roll bar. But the gap between the strip and sliding canopy is too big for me to live with. I will have to think what to do about it. The worst case will be doing fiberglass strip. But I like the all metal fairing better.
