10-30-2011:

The trailing edge skin of aileron is taped for priming the spanwise rivet line

Aileron parts are primed

Nose rib is riveted to the counterbalance pipe

Front and rear skin are clecoed to the spar on the top side, the bottom side left open for access to buck the solid rivets on the top

Riveted on the top

Aileron is flipped and weighed down on a flat surface to rivet bottom side

Right aileron is done

These bolts are tightened to 25 in-lbs torque

For the last rivet on the aileron, I used pop rivet MK319BS
