Started building my right fuel tank, again. Because the leading edge is already riveted to the spar, I can't use the same method I used for the first right fuel tank. I  have to follow Van's instruction. however, I found it will help to drill #40 holes on the Z bracket, instead of 1/8" hole as Van's instructed. This will give you some room to position the baffle without "enlongating the baffle hole".

Z brackets are clecoed to the spar web for drilling the screw holes

Z brackets are bolted to the spar, and the baffle is clecoed to the Z brackets. Note that the holes attaching the baffle on the center of the Z bracket are drilled to #40, that is why you see the silver colored clecoes. This holes will be drilled to #30 size after fitting the position
