I decided to install rudder cables now. I was worried because I didn't do this like most builders did, installing rudder cables before riveting the aft cargo side walls. I had to get the two snap bushings out of the F706 bulkhead and cargo vertical stiffener, which is painful. I tried all kinds of methods, finally I got them out all right. After that, the installation is easy. This is actually easy than I thought.Then I went on working on the wear block for the should harness. I can't drill the nylon with smooth finish, and nylon is hard to deburr. Other than rough finish, the strength and functionality should be just fine. It's a wear block anyway. I can live with that. Once the strap cable is installed, no one will ever notice the tiny wear block behind the cargo bulkhead.
