I have the fuel cap flange machine countersunk first, then drilled the skin for the drain flange. Have done all the drilling, time to deburr and dimple. Tonight, I finished deburring and dimpling the skin. I tried the fuel tank dimple die bought from Avery tools for the first time. Somehow, I feel the dimple is too deep, I kind doubt the sealant will fill the extra depth. Anyway, many people have used it and like it, so I will wait and see the result after the tank is done.
