Not much time spent tonight, just drilled the fuel cap flange, and fabricated the vent line support that gets riveted to the fuel cap. I did a much better job than the first fuel tank.
Cap flange is clamped to skin
I used a wood block to clamp the cap flange in place, notice the cap is installed on the flange
Fuel cap flange is drilled
Vent line support is fabricated using a 7/32" drill bit to help the bend
Vent line support is clecoed to the flange
