After a week of vacation at Hawaii, I am back working on the airplane. I need to fit the baffle with upper cowl. This is a very time consuming task. I must have taken off and put on the upper cowl 20 times to fit and trim the baffles. Overall, the results is pretty good. The baffles have clearance of 3/8" to 1/2" with the upper cowl. I will need to fabricate some brackets to join all baffle parts tomorrow. The baffle is getting close to be done.
