I cut paper template to fit the side baffles, then cut the rubber air seal fabric about 3.5" wide (suggested 3", I just want to leave some room). Then drilled #30 rivet holes on the side baffles at 1.5" spacing. Then riveted the air seal on. It's pretty straightforward.
