Inlet air ducts are trimmed to final shape. The black line is where the baffle seal will touch the cowl. The ducts are trimmed to clear the seal. I know some builders trimmed the baffle to fit the air ducts, but since I already have seals on, that will be too much work to do. Since the seal will prevent air going to lower cowl, I don't see any problems here.

I then terminated the Comm Radio antenna cable with the male BNC connector I got from Aircraft Spruce
I also bought the fitting cap from Aircraft Spruce, can capped the fitting
