Fabricated the prop spinner gap filler plate behind the prop blade. I re-used the cut off material when cutting out the spinner for prop blade. I just clecoed the finished filler gap for now, I need to check the clearance between the plate and prop, but I haven't found a way to rotate the blade yet.
