A straight edge was used to make sure the hinge brackets on vertical fin are on the straight line

A straight edge was used to make sure the hinge brackets on vertical fin are on the straight line. They all look good
Now it's time to set the built in twist angle of the vertical fin. The fin's leading edge will shit to the left about 1/4". I used a string for the fuselage center line
Here is the 1/4" offset
The three bolts holes at the bottom of the vertcial fin are drilled. I had to move these holes inward slightly to get a better edge margin after reading other builders' websites. The holes came out pretty good.
The mounte plate to vertical fin front spar was finally drilled
