I don't have a drill press, so I called Jack to ask him for a favor. Drove to his garage to use his flycutter to cut the access hole on the fuel tank inboard rib. I cut the holes for both right and left tanks. This saved me a lot of time. I was planning to cut the access hole by drilling many small holes along the big hole edge, then filing along the edge. That would be time consuming and tedious.
I also spent some time to de-vynle the skin along the rivet lines.
