Access plate position is marked using the access plate attaching ring
Access plate is clamped to the rib, ready to drill the screw holes using the plate as a guide
The rib is drilled using the access plate as a guide, then clecoed the ring onto the rib, drill the nutplate rivet attaching holes.
Fuel cap is used as a guide to drill the cap flange. A clamp is used to hold the cap flange while drilling the first few holes
