Then I installed the throttle cable bracket, it's a relatively easy job, no problem, just a little difficult to safety wire the two bolts due limited space. Moving on to the mixture control cable bracket, I found the cable is about two inch short, that I can't attach the cable to the bracket using the two nuts on the cable. After tweaking around a bit, I found I can strech the cable a bit longer if I adjust the routing a bit. I drilled a hole on the rudder pedal brace so the mixture cable can cross right through it. That extra length made the cable attachment to the bracket possible, even just barely.
Label for CHT sensor, just a shot for reference

The CHT sensor adaptor is installed to cylinder head

Sensor is then installed to the adaptor. The length of the sensor needs to be adjusted for appropriate spring load

The plate screwed to the inlet air plenum is removed. Throttle body will be installed here
Throttle body is on

Throttle cable bracket is mounted to engine, and safety wired
The clearance between throttle cable and exhaust pipe looked good

Mixture control cable bracket is mounted to engine as well

The cables has to be re-adjusted at the fwd mounting bracket so the mixture cable can be mounted to the bracket on the engine
To adjust the length, the mixture cable passes through rudder pedal brace like this
Now the mixture cable can be secured to the bracket that is mounted on the oil sump flange
