While still waiting for the pro-seal on the lower cowl hinges to cure, I worked on the spinner today. The first thing is to position the spinner so it won't wobble. I marked the center (pretty much just eyeballed it), then clamped a long hinge pin to a chair, and position the tip of the pin close to the marked spinner center. I removed the bottom plugs (so the preservative oil is out of the engine now, hope the engine won't rust in the next few months before the planned first flight in May next year), so it is very easy to turn the prop blade. After positioned the spinner to my satisfaction, I clamped the spinner to the rear backplate.

Then I drilled the spinner to the front and rear bulkhead, and installed nutplates (20 of them) to the bulkheads. It is straightforward, just a little tedious.
