Back from vacation. Got some time to install the flap and aileron on the left wing. The aileron installation is straightforward, but the flap took me some time to position it right, and mainten enough edge margin on the flap hinge on the wing side.
The photo should be rotated 90 degree. I used the sheet aluminum bundle piece as a straight edge to align aileron to its neutral position
The center of the tooling hole is marked to help position the straign edge
Top tooling hole
Aileron is at neutral position
I cut a block of wood to support the aileron at its neutral position
Spacer and washers are used to install the aileron
Left flap is positioned and hinge is drilled
