I trimmed the air dam in front of cyl #1 about 1/2" and went for the third flight. The cyl #1 is still running hotter. Need more trimming. The third flight was still orbiting the airport, but I did do some slow flight at 70mph, and a power off stall with and without flap. No unexpected behavior. The airplane stalled straight ahead, no wing dropping. I measured the cabin noise with an iPhone App, it showed 103 dB. Pretty loud, I will need a better headset than the current old DC H10-60. I felt some vibration on the side skins and floor, maybe they are normal. I have to check other aircraft to see if they have same level of vibration. I don't have interior for the side skins, but I do have Classic Aero floor pad and carpet.

Transponder is working well after correct setup. No leaks found anywhere.

Engine Data:
In this flight at 23.8"/2321rpm setting, IAS 134 Kt, CHT temperatures are:
#1: 384F
#2: 372F
#3: 361F
#4: 354F

Compared with previous flight at power setting of 24"/2292rpm, IAS 134 Kt, CHT temp.
#1: 419F
#2: 406F
#3: 406F
#4: 383F

The engine is running noticeably cooler. I think the engine is starting to be broken in.
