After three weeks vacation in China, I came to the hangar to inspect the airplane. While checking the spinner attachment screws, I noticed two screws on the forward spinner bulkhead were loose. I tried to tighten them, but couldn't. A close look revealed two broken nutplates at these two locations, possibably due to vibration. The damaged nutplates are shown below. These nutplates are replaced with new ones.
