Finished fluting the ribs. Putting the fuel tank ribs, skin, and baffle was easier than I thought. The hardest part was to part the most forward two holes, one on the top and one on the bottom. I found it was easier to cleco these two holes without putting the skin in the cradle. Once these two holes are clecoed, then move the skin and ribs to the cradle, the rest is just a no-brainer. It helps a lot to make the rivet holes on the rib flange as straight as possible when fluting the ribs.
The assembled fuel tank was then move to the spar, the fitting is perfect, at least to my eyes.

Fuel tank skin, ribs are clecoed together

The baffle is then clecoed on. I found clecoing baffle is easier to be done off the cradle. Because th cradle is not perfectly built, there is a slight twist of the skin that makes fitting the baffle difficult.

The assembled fuel tank is fitted to the spar, everything looks great so far.

The most inboard Z bracket matches the inboard end rib perfectly

The tank skin and leading edge skin match perfectly

No gap between the tank skin and leading edge skin
