11-13-2011: Fabricated tank/fuselage attaching bracket, cut access hole on inboard rib - 3 hrs

11-15-2011: Brkt and reinfrcmnt plate drilled, ring and nutplates riveted to inbrd rib- 3 hrs

11-17-2011: Drain flange drilled to skin, skin deburred, dimpled using fuel tank dimple die -2.5hrs

11-19-2011: Tank assy positioned, screw holes drilled, started riveting/sealing stiffeners - 4 hrs

11-20-2011: Finished riveting/sealing stiffeners, cap flange and drain flange - 2.5 hrs

11-23-2011: Cleaned all ribs, riveted/sealed three ribs - 5 hrs

11-24-2011: Riveted/sealed the other two interior ribs, riveted reinforce plate to outbrd rib - 4 hrs

11-26-2011: Riveted/sealed the outboard rib - 2 hrs

11-29-2011: Riveted/sealed inboard rib and attaching bracket - 2.5 hrs

11-30-2011: Vent line - 1 hr

12-06-2011: Drilled rib to bottom skin for right side flap - 1 hr

01-07-2012: Primed main ribs, riveted all main ribs to front spar, except the outboard rib - 5 hrs

01-08-2012: Skeleton is all riveted, moved to wing stand - 3 hrs

01-10-2012: Wing walk doubler, top skins fitted and alignment checked - 2 hrs

01-11-2012: Bottom skins clecoed to skeleton for final drill - 0.5 hr

02-05-2012:  Tank parts match/final drilled, skin countersunk for baffle - 4.5 hrs

02-07-2012:  Deburred tank skin and ribs, except stiffener rivet holes, no pictures - 2 hrs

02-08-2012:  Baffle deburred, stiffener fabricated, drilled and deburred - 2 hrs

02-09-2012:  Tank/fuselage attaching bracket, reinforcement plate and ring - 2.5 hrs

02-11-2012:  Nutplates installed to reinforcement ring, fuel cap drilled - 1.5 hrs

02-12-2012:  Drain plug match drill, smooth skin edges, dimpled all tank parts - 2.5 hrs

02-14-2012:  Stiffeners and drain flange riveted and sealed - 2.5 hrs

02-15-2012:  Fuel cap flange and the interior rib next to the outboard rib riveted, no pics - 2.5 hrs

02-16-2012:  One more interior rib riveted and sealed - 2 hrs

02-17-2012:  Third interior rib riveted and sealed, no picture to show - 2 hrs

02-18-2012:  All interior ribs riveted and sealed - 3 hrs

02-22-2012:  Outboard rib, vent line, inboard rib vent line fitting - 2.5 hrs

03-17-2012:  Inboard rib, vent line done - 2.5 hrs

03-20-2012:  Deburred and smoothed edge of baffle plate, no pictures today - 0.5 hrs

03-30-2012:  Tank is tested leak free, balloon stayed inflated for 3 days, can still going strong

01-01-2013:  Flap and aileron on right wing, conduit on right wing - 7 hrs

01-02-2013: Wiring conduit on left wing - 1.5 hrs

01-03-2013:  RTV between wiring conduits and ribs - 1 hr

01-04-2013:  Deburr bottom skins - 2 hrs

01-05-2013:  Primed and dimpled left bottom skins, wired right wing - 3 hrs

01-06-2013:  Made sure there is no plastic cover left in the right fuel tank - 2 hrs

01-09-2013:  Deblued left bottom skins - 1 hr

01-10-2013:  Cut bottom skin for pitot mount - 2.5 hrs

01-11-2013:  dd - 2.5 hrs

01-14-2013:  Drilled pitot heater control box to rib - 1.5 hrs

01-15-2013:  Pitot mast work, drilled the reinforcement angle to rib - 1.5 hrs

01-16-2013:  Dimpled left bottom skin, installed nutplate, pitot tube joined to mast - 1.5 hrs

01-19-2013:  Pitot tube line routing, left wing re-wiring - 6 hrs

01-21-2013:  Adjust left aileron bell crank to aileron push rob - 1 hr

01-22-2013:  Rivet left bottom skin0 - 2 hrs

01-26-2013:  Left wing bottom skins riveted - 10 hrs

01-27-2013:  Right wing inboard bottom skins riveted - 3 hrs
